My 6 year old son was having a lot of unexplained symptoms – weight loss and no weight gain for over 6 months; red/purple around his eyes; eczema; difficulty sleeping; irritable personality. The doctors ran several blood tests and ruled out a host of diagnosis. They were out of ideas. Collette suggested making him gluten free, because although he tested negative for celiac disease, he could still have a sensitivity to gluten. I suggested this to our doctor and she was immediately on board. Within a few weeks, we noticed big changes – he was sleeping ALL night (which he had never done, ever!); his skin was clearing up; his eyes looked better; he had a happier disposition and was even using his manners!; and he gained 2 pounds in 1 month! If it weren’t for Collette, we would likely still be dealing with a child that whined and itched and didn’t sleep.
I have been working with Collette Percell for over 8 months. She has helped me eat healthier which was my goal. Explained what my body needed when I had cravings for certain foods. When I would somewhat slip up and eat bad, she never made me feel guilty about it or tell me I needed to do better. She would ask why I slipped up and then gave me solutions I help for the next time. She has been very encouraging and has helped me lose weight in a healthy way that I will keep the weight off. I feel better and have a lot more energy. Thanks to Collette, I am eating better, feeling healthier and I have lost weight. She has helped me reach my goals and continue to reach goals! She is an amazing coach! I wouldn't be where I am today without her knowledge, support and encouragement!
I have been working with Collette Percell for at least 8 months. I wanted to eat healthier and get more exercise. Through her dedication and support, I have been eating healthier. She has given me many different options for exercise that I was and am interested in. She has helped explain to me why I would eat certain ways and how to help with cravings in a healthy way. Thanks to Collette I am more active and eating much healthier. I used to struggle with figuring out what to eat for my meals and since she has been coaching me, I find planning meals way easier. She has been very encouraging and supportive and when I reach certain goals I have for myself, she is just as excited as I am. She is the best!
